Seems like the Union group got what they wanted and Puget has to pay up and apologise for slander

Includes such language as:

By Nov 9th 2016 pay $8000 and instruct the transfer agent to immediately deliver Union five million unrestricted shares

No later than March 26th 2017 pay seventy two thousand dollars as well as issue a correction and retraction with the SEC of the civil theft letter

Terms of this agreement were to remain confidential until the sooner of Jan 27 2017
