Last day of the month. Last month the news was there would be news of progress on the other court case, including an update on a settlement.

- Were we not also told that there would be a new suit filed on the Vedanti related action in California? So far no sign of it.

- Unclear if the agreement to agree to have Max Sound and some other parties in some sense 'own' the ODT patents has closed.

- No revenue. No sign of any revenue to come. Hard to see plausible financing.

This may explain the demolition of the share price as well.
