Crossing fingers on Merger and Spin Off. This will be such a nice stock if they got her done. They are taking their sweet time though. Do they need cash to pay the auditors? With a merger this big someone in the insider realm has to have 10 grand to fork over for the SEC filings. It would benefit them 20 fold if so.
