So we're actually waiting for three things: the "definitive" agreement, the announcement about the agreement, and the regulatory filing.

Then again, they could also be "expected" in the next few months, or never.

Oh, and "Product formulation and validation may begin as early as February 2017"? They could also begin as late as your guess is as good as mine.
