Can't believe VPCO SCAM haven't be halted yet. I guess the SEC say a stock with A/S of 750 billion is an obvious SCAM to everyone and does not need our intervention. Not only is A/S 750B, but there is 750B shares in unconverted warrants just waiting on .0001 buyers. That enough new shares to dilute and keep the pps at .0001 for 3 years. Actually it would last longer, but the warrants expires in 2020.
