Basis is 1b, intent to use within 6 months. I know about this because emesyl was a 1b then went dead. They revived it with a 1a basis (use in commerce) as they were selling it on amazon. Now emesyl is fully trademarked and good for years to come. Hopeful the new GreenPay (and Green Pay) guys get something going in 6 monthly or they have to start over. Good news really and hopeful Itonis goes with the Greenpay transaction.
