LIBE active again in NV. Name, AS changed.
LIBE finally renewed its Nevada business registration today, and while doing so, changed its name to "The Go Eco Group" and reduced the number of Authorized Shares to 2B, from 10B.
BTW, while Conway is still listed as the CEO, if I'm correctly interpreting the amended sales agreement, once EcoCab turns over the audited financials and shows that January, 2017 was profitable, a lot of shares will be issued to EcoCab, and Conway will step aside. He'll also give the 10,000 Preferred Shares to the new CEO, likely Mr. Knori.
