That's getting pretty serious. Hope it helps.

After the 3rd infraction by Allen, I would have kicked him off the team. That's just ridiculous. I have heard all sorts of excuses including one that he plays soccer and it's a reflex action. I don't know how many kids I've known that played both sports but none of them- including my own ever had such a problem.
