Dude, because of the 8,400% dilution. They went from 800,000 outstanding shares in September to 70 million last week. With volume this week the OS is higher now than 70 million. Chart analysis does not work in that scenario. Also, no new confidence in new management - the IT "Company" Telecorp says they acquired does not exist at all.
