No sense of urgency on the audit

It will be two weeks tomorrow since you posted the comment about the audit taking "a few extra days".

Eco's financial are with Enterprises CPAs. I spent the last two weeks out in Portland and I'm comfortable to where if the audit takes a few extra days, I'm not going to push the possible agreement violation.


I'm not sensing any urgency on the part of LIBE to complete this acquisition.
