Scam company WTER files false and misleading financials with SEC regarding Authorized Common Shares


The balance sheet on the WTER 3rd quarter 10Q filed with the SEC on November 21, 2016 states that the Authorized Common Shares are 22.5 million:

yet the State of Nevada Corporate Website shows that the WTER Authorized Common Shares were increased to 200 million on January 21, 2016:
