Mr. Bianco has agreed to receive restricted shares in the company and will waive his salary for the term.

That tells he's looking at this long term, working for what the company will be in the future. If ICNB fails then so does his pay. Yale law graduates don't come cheap.

They are going to great lengths to build share holder trust. They addressed concerns and are moving forward.

We should still get weekly updates on the share count to monitor any of the debt selling but everything is looking great here for a long term play. There will be plenty of swings along the way but the overall outcome will be a great profit for those that are willing to wait.
