Not necessarily a bad thing at all. Have a feeling that this is setting up for a buyout. CEO retaining substantial voting right power. A/S was increased from 100 to 950 mil in August. The original 100 mil was never even used, not even close. Only 52,983,494 outstanding as of today. CEO holds 26,901,030. Notes are not that painful at all. Something is setting up here. I am quite optimistic ;)
