Lack of smart investors or really smart investors who do not want their cash to be dead, because this management is so willing to distribute shares in making deals at a value under where the pps should be. This reflects a weak magement. They need to show they are strong will not undercut new buyers of shares. Either they buyback in small quantities and show they are in play too or repeal and replace the deal.

Oldtime-current holders are tapped out and not showing strength at buying the ASK.
