Should bring VDC's equity holdings to roughly $113,059,550, at 311M common shares the values looks to be .3635 cents on paper.

It would be nice to know a time line for the Liquidation to end, considering they have been in Liquidation for over a year now. Since VDC is being Struck off, even after the Liquidation there could be claims against them in the future.
