I personally wanted that data to vet the 5% being real float here. I think it does that fairly well. Taking into account that there are liars but still using their data we are still 20% short of that number. I think the volume here is a HUGE indicator that the 5% number is correct. I think we can all agree this changes the evaluation of value here by a large amount. If it is the case, 1 million shares = 1% of available float until we find out what Mr. McCusker intends to do in the offering. Share structure will be crucial here.
