RB, of course you are assuming NO win for EC and shareholders reducing the debt and ALL possible wins for PP et al and NO settlement. Apparently Brown Rudnick think differently.
Do you think DMRJ will comply with the Judges orders and release requested info? Will there be nothing to implicate their actions re; GB and current/past management and their self rewards/negotiations and timing of the nosale(2014)/sale to L3(2016)?
