Well first establish the groundlevel. Which is the money drain.
If this is properly done, we move to (potential) money gain.

But there are so many uninformed discussions taking place,
so i'd rather did my homework.
e.g.

* there is a settlement going on ->NO they only settled for the interest
* there is a huge pile of money left -> NO it looks rather sad.
