Thanks, guess it's what happens when NOT being really careful, or too much confidence TOO soon!

Had to end up at ER after all with pain and swelling....Ankle just bruised no cracks, but messed up the dang knee that's been healing.

They called my Ortho.

Back into knee support, meds and ice, and using the dam walker once again! YUCK!
