as of 1-20-17 I presume dtcc will no longer be under unconstitutional orders to illegally confiscate the property of innocent 3rd party purchasers(longs)without due process
so if the current ceo cares about longs he could more favorably press dtcc to follow dtcc's own published due process whitepapers(reportedly under pressure from congress) and release the lock on cwrn stock.

Bob only enjoyed the privileges of the state for 6 months resulting from a March 2010 promotion - and as per fed sentencing guidelines posted at the time should've been probation but hard line judge etc.
Last I knew he was running another mining co in Mexico -a much bigger mine-as has been reported over the years.
