so does anyone have an estimate of what this case is actually worth based on facts in a best case scenario?

with a decent settlement? math says easy $1-$3 per share with current share count however i know there are sooo many factors here that can change things... if we lose the appeals and proceed with the six claims we already have, we may be chasing our money for ever on a weak trial... if we lose and the appeals and still get a settlement on our six it will be a major haircut and may only receive 25% of what we should be getting...
i have a hard time believing, although its a nice thought that a stock like this could run up to $1-3 from .03 cents!
-also the worry of premature reverse split!!!
The reverse split needs to be timed ONLY ON APPEAL WIN OR TRIAL DATE NEWS!
then we may see some larger fish show up to feed..

it just seems soo far fetched to me that the price action could drive us over a buck. but my oh my lord would i love to receive my first 500K+ payday that ive been watching drag on already for 4 years!

my friends kinda laugh at me over this stock even though most of them have picked up a little just in case.. but i have a gut feeling this is going to become a sleeping giant!
please share any thoughts on price movement based on good news... im assuming also we are dead money till November. anyone have an exit stagey if this thing really rockets? .30 cents from these levels is a 10x bagger! that alone would be incredible
