The 640 acres is located within the boundaries of Aves C and D and 24th and 25th St, which is to the SE of the parcel highlighted.
The land was zoned agricultural and all the land to the east is currently being used for field crops. It was rezoned to industrial just recently, and is probably where the $46K/acre comes from. But whether it'll ever be developed is the question.
