Anybody know if their were anti-dilution provisions on the converted shares for the two most recent officer acquisitions?

I'm definitely thinking there were - otherwise why would they not wait until the real price is closer to the conversion price so that capital gains taxes don't apply post conversion.

Anyhow, It's a very positive sign.
