Btw, No one doing thorough dd would contact the company for TPAC's SS numbers. Why not just ungag the TA so traders can verify from an unbiased source? Why the secrecy? There is not one good reason for gagging a TA, None.

Standby for filings? Please realize that by the time the filings are submitted, those numbers will be over 3 months old.

Notice too how many shares McKay has a history of issuing in a single three month period. Multi Millions is the norm for TPAC dilution.

Now TPAC will have UNLIMITED shares AND a Gagged TA with the corporation being relocated to Wyoming. That is a plan destined for disaster.

FYI, The Accumulation indicator on a penny stock is of NO VALUE, the accumulation indicator is easily manipulated because it is weighted upon the CLOSING PRICE of the security. When someone manipulates the close with a tape paint it will cause the accumulation line to move up.

That's just for starters, I don't agree with a word as stated.
