I have to agree based on installment agreements that the settlement was substantial. It's crazy how Galanis was again perpetuating another fraud with Fund by trying to receive all the settlement money through IP Global which is essentially a defunct or non operating company that had a revoked status since at least 2012. Even though Berke got paid $200,000 already along with the lawyers getting an initial approx. $470,000. Luckily Thomas stepped in and took action at the right time before the installment agreements were distributed. I wonder if the courts can make Berke and the lawyers pay back the money received if they find it was illegally distributed or that Galanis was a fraud.
