Dart buying Aastrom and held for many years, has now purchased an additional +1 mil shares of VCEL for total of 1,881,381 shs which is now 5.5 % Ownership.

Looking good for $VCEL.

So why has PPS gone down, is obvious IMO in that Institutions are buying more shares and triggering stop-loss orders.

"Buy Hold, Accumulate" as I add more.
