I was here when ICBU ran to .215 and traded above .10 for a long time until some shares handed out got into unfriendly hands such as old IR. The stock tumbled as scam callers scared many and IR sold taking the stock below .05 the rest is ICBU history.

I think ICBU is headed above .01 and holding, could run to ,02ish jmo.
