Thanks goes out to a private messenger who observes that the claims again the personal defendants on the counterclaim were dismissed sometime ago. And no appeal against those dismissals appears to have been filed.

I come back to the view that while Smitty and 4 may think there is software theft here (etc). So far they haven't been able to convince anyone whose opinion matters that this so. They may think the judge got it wrong but they don't seem to have appealed and perhaps they are out of time.
