I don't know the answers. But as a concerned shareholder and citizen, I'm willing to contact the authorities, and elected representatives to ask questions and see what if anything can be done rather than just spend my time to post all day on an anonymous board with the goal of nit picking others posts. I would have gladly accepted a response from NYAG saying thank you for your inquiry but there is nothing that can be done. But they didn't respond that way.

Because of you I know now that that was wrong of me to reach out. I will put my head down and think about what I have done. I stand corrected by you in everything I ever posted and everything I will ever post in the future. You are the smart and witty one. I will try to remember to check with you first for now on.
