More power to the company if they can convince people to take their stock at this kind of valuation (69mm fully diluted shares at $8 is a cool $552mm). The company does a very poor job of disclosure in my view, as common investors here are forced to speculate exactly how much the company acquired of BioTrackTHC or at what cost. If it is material, they should say so. I guess we will have to see when they file the 10-K in March or by Mid-April.
