The ribs turned out very well. Slow and low is the key. I've found that I either have to start the smoker early, or eat late. Never much cared for eating late.
Good luck on your EEM puts! The indicators are mostly all having bearish crossovers, hope that continues to work in your favor. I think the $USD will continue to rise, putting pressure on the foreign markets. When????? Elefino? That and a $10 bill will get you a small cup of coffee at most Starbucks too.
