Yeah, there is going to be form 4's BFD. The CEO will file one every 90 days to sell 1 million shares every 90 days, as a couple of others will. They might also buy some shares, then they would file a terrible form 4 too. Many stock holders file form 4's at tax time to cover taxes. I know I was playing GEVO their were dozens of form 4 filed, 3 or 4 times a year. The stock went from under .50 to 3.50. I could give hundreds of examples of form 4 filings by many quite successful companies. I can't figure out why you're hanging your hat on form 4's, if that's the worse thing you've got on OPMZ, I think we are in good shape!
