I'm too modest to admit almost every prediction I've made about what the judge would decide has turned out to be right. My humility does allow me to admit surprise at some of the steps Tmmi and Dimension took at various points which threw me off. And what ever you may perceive to be my depth of knowledge, I think Tmmi's last minute substitution swam in the shallow end of the pool. I think Tmmi regrets losing their first lawyers. If they don't they should.
