Having been at a hearing, it was obvious that the judge hadn't read a thing and let this continue; costing both parties huge costs for lawyers.
On another note, it's been about a year since TMM announced that they have a new codec and, as such, dropped the charges against Dimension. Anyone seen anything about this new codec? Is it too good, and are they so in love with it that they don't want anyone to see it for fear of taking an order?
