I disagree with that response. Many folks told me the same thing when I posted upgrade request in this board. With the uplisting:

1. Bye bye pink sheet-lowest tier. That will allow less manipulation.
2. Buy out is not guaranteed.
3. Will attract more reliable investors. 4. Many institutional buyers don't touch pinky no matter how good it is.
5. Company becomes more responsible for filings etc-Good for shareholders.
6. If somehow buyout happens, it will have more value because higher tier have more weight, etc...etc, imho. There are tons of advantages.
