Well...the Disclosure Hearing is the creditors chance to argue the proposed Reorg Plan. If no creditors argue the plan in person that day the court can confirm the new Reorg Plan.

That's why I said I hope for an empty room. It could happen pretty quick.

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
