I disagree, as FCC approval is the last link of verification of the deal and will allow KSIX to start the process to obtain new states and nation-wide broadband. Anyone who has doubts, will see the FCC approval as a GREEN light. Strong buying pressure will be applied and the seller, who cannot have that many shares left from my review of the filings, will be quickly taken out. Once that happens, it will be extremely thin to the .40s + again. this sleeper will be the biggest OTC mover of 2017 IMO. Will be a great year for longs.
