Sometimes representing an isolated "fact" as representing the truth can be very misleading. For clarification and the benefit of all, each statement is analyzed one by one...

"The FDA DENIED this scam its application" Only 1/3 factual at best since it contains your opinion (scam) and tells only a small part of the truth (FDA denied Sucanon as a supplement) but leave out and outright deny in other posts FDAs statements that Sucanon is considered a drug per the food and drug act and has been subject to "substantial clinical investigations"

"Roth has 147 bucks in the bank" --FACT (true per last quarterly financial statement)

"Sales for Mexico are down almost 90%" FALSE (Annual sales numbers from peak of $529K in 2014 to most recent $263K in 2016 is a decrease of just over 50% (old BIOHF guy has pointed out in detail how this 90% figure is cherry picking and inaccurate yet it is repeated without correction)

"Losses are approaching $ 3 million" --FACT (any with knowledge of a financial statement know that this is available as a write off against future profits and is a positive finding especially considering that no share dilution of any kind has occurred in nearly one year)

"There are NO sales in Canada" --FACT (but misleading as they haven't set up to launch sales yet and further misleading as it has been repeatedly falsely posted and never corrected that Canada did not approve and that Sucanon falsely contains only inactive ingredients)

"There are no LABS" --FACT (but misleading as the manufacturing of the Sucanon powder used to be done in house (lab in Vancouver) when Rieveley ran the company but manufacturing and tableting now occurs in a certified facility in Mexico City which is the current center of operations and sales as Sucanon is carried in stores and online at Similares pharmacias throughout Mexico)

"There is no PHARMA"--FALSE (The company's product Sucanon is an approved treatment for type 2 diabetes in Mexico, previously approved in Peru, China, and Canada. US FDA states Sucanon is a drug per the food and drug act, and has been subject to "substantial clinical investigations". The science behind Sucanon is solid over preclinical and clinical studies over many years and locations. If ongoing sales and studies on a medicine for diabetes is not considered PHARMA, that shows a profound ignorance of medical treatment and practice

"There is no one named ROTH" FACT (but the statement is misleading (implying that the name was picked out of nowhere) rather than use of the original name of the Mexican subsidiary of Biotech holdings since inception which has been Pharmaroth)

"This fraud operates out of 120 sq m temp off scam mill in Las Vegas" Very little truth here. The US headquarters is indeed in Las Vegas in CFO Halls leased 120 square meter (about 1100 sq ft) office space. Your opinion (fraud and scam mill) has no foundation as the other company run from that office is CEO Hall's EZJR, which had audited sales of over $16 million last year. Further, if a long term leased office space is somehow temporary and/or illegitimate that shows very little knowledge of common business practices.

"In addition to the FDA DENIAL and the disastrous financials including that this fraudulent scheme has 147 bucks in the bank, this scam uses phony press releases to try and gin up stock sales and fleece hapless Marks.. Here are just some of the LIES for this fraudulent scheme. All by Mike Irving and his band of fraudsters
ALL FACTS....... AND LIES" Most of this is simply regurgitated opinion and innuendo, which is typical when facts are otherwise in short supply, and I have previously addressed the referenced press releases one by one.
