I tend to agree with you Matt has held his cards close as witnessed with the closing of the SNY deal and the sale of the Valencia property. the past few months have provided a consistent flow of good news with little to no heads up it was coming. Between financing, insurance coverage, the VA and recent spots in the news I find good reason to be more confident now than this time last year. If management can continue to capitalize on their assets in an organized manner with no fanfare, this new sales force may just be one more tool in the box of many that Matt is no longer willing to expose until the deed is done and with damn good reason if history has taught him well.
