Wording difference...? Why does it HAVE to be? And if so, what wording difference is there, that can justify the 2 different decisions on the same thing? But if it boils down to the conflict of interest, isn't it kind of obvious that it's a bogus decision? And if a bogus decision & easy to see, wouldn't they (the PTAB) be risking an awful awful lot with such a decision? I guess maybe they covered themselves by noting there was too much info to cover....but I would've thought in that case, they would've simply extended the decision time rather than approve ipr. I think there's enough "funny business" going on to support the "playbill" and keep this going for yrs to come.
