the 8k that came out a day ago..the people they owe money to have decided to take shares instead of cash and the price they paid for each share is .90..give a read and see what I may be missing...

5 of six creditors have agreed to take shares and that means they are confident in a good return..and I think i've seen this movie before


long term players will move in soon..Cancer detection test. This is not over IMO
