No not at all.......remember what Emil said in the conference call? $ 2 billion plus, PRIOR to litigation! Well, we're about seven months into it. If they need more shares to finance this, I'm fine with it, as long as it increases the final value. Remember, these attorneys have skin in the game. They stand to make incredible amounts of money. IMHO
