You stated the above as part of your remark. True he has a good record because being bearish small biotech on average is an easy call. But, he has been wrong many times. CLDX, CPXX and others. I would have a great record if I just recommended shorting all small biotech. On average the successes are few. We will see what happens here but his so called theory of market cap and success is total nonsense when he is a contributing stimuli.
