.....ONLY potential with this offal is, after the FDIC SEIZES the bank........the bank holding company NOL could be sold and assuming a BK...........stockholders could get some distributions.......but that would take FIVE years and lots of hoops to jump thru.........and FNBC ain't had a lot of losses to date....................

...BEST ADVICE................stay away from this LOSER..........miles away......................THE STOCK WILL DROP DOWN TO PENNIES p/s....soon.........then flounder for a couple of years.................

.....ain't worth the PAIN.......the bank failed.........too bad.......

.....just watch the FDIC sharks, who are currently circling this DISASTER....................................
