The one thing I keep thinking is how Kitov gave shares to Goldman Hirsh Partners Ltd for the controlling stake in Tyrnovo. At first I was worried that Goldman could sell the shares immediately, during the build up to the conference call or right after the conference call but I have confirmed with Avraham Ben-Tzvi that the shares are locked (he didn't tell me how long). Now I'm was wondering if Kitov is allowed to give Goldman a preview of future Kitov milestones ahead of time? It seems like it would be good things if Goldman was willing to accept locked up shares.
