Yeah no SEC filings and you are throwing darts at this point.......not even solid flipping will be likely. You might get one or two but then risk what comes out of the blue that is nothing but negative.

Shame it appeared the company had a shot at legitimacy.

Now just another penny stock barely worth keeping an eye on.
