Once again, why would they have offered millions in financing just a month and a half ago if they already had the proprietary means (IP) to steal the business and just do it themselves? Unless someone at ECTE just gave them the IP since late November (this is VERY unlikely), it doesn't make sense and I don't believe it. MTIA is supposed to take over production and marketing for the entire Chinese market and this takes a wide breadth of personnel to execute properly.
