Gabor is the WAC ( wholesale acquisition cost ) now about the same for generic Lovaza and Vascepa ?

Do U have any up to date info on that .
It amazes me that on some of the formularies I've looked at ,Generic Lovaza is Tier 2 and Vascepa is Tier 4 ... yet both are only approved for TG's over 500 ( but obviously prescribed off label for CV risk reduction )
I'm assuming generic Lovaza has the lower Tier rating because it lowers very high TG's more then Vascepa and is thus preferred despite the A Fib warning and risk of elevating LDL.

Anyone have any idea of the % on label vs % off label scripts for both generic Lovaza and Vascepa
