On the topic of the last few emails...
A couple months ago, when Dr. Mullan called me, I asked him if Roskamp was still able to use anatabine citrate. He replied that as long as Roskamp was non-profit (or not-for-profit?), the Institute can legally use it in Dr. Crawford's research on Gulf War Illness and Traumatic Brain Injury. He added that if it was ever used to make a profit, it "would be a different story." That means that at least the anatabine "cause" is being advanced at least in some way. First, I hope it helps lots of veterans. But I also wish some news would come out on the studies and eventual clinical trials that would help us by making the IP more valuable. I assume that federal government grants are still in effect, which certainly adds some credibility.
