When you say 'they', to whom do you refer? I am with jrsh on this one. After so many years, so many milestones achieved, and with every prospect that the incoming administration will ease up the sclerotic bureaucracy towards the achievement of permits this year, why is PLM still a day traders pennystock, with low daily uptake making any form of manipulation easy? The potential is huge, why doesn't the market recognize it? Markets don't wait for nature to take its course, they pro-actively determine outcomes with profit in mind. I hate to say this, but PLM needs much greater institutional investment. Maybe jrsh can tell us whether his alternative stock has achieved that?
